According to multiple reporting news agencies, the rocket veered off course immediately after launch, and scientific analysts postulate that WBNY payload was too full of BS for even soviet-grade rocket fuel to lift.

Nearby fishermen reported a strange brown odius-smelling fuel slick near where the missile broke up, and numerous brown pellets and bumper stickers floating amongst the debris field.
